We had booked all 24 rooms for 2 nights of Greenland Resort ( sorry..greenland dharamshala ) by paying a very huge amount for 50+ pax, For us the experience of staying there was like a horrible nightmare, This hotel is stigma in the name of the entire Lonavala hotels. Nowhere in the world have I seen more dirty places like this . The owner and reception staff all are goons, haughty, cobbing, arrogant and bastard . There was a terrible smell inside all the rooms here. Lots of bugs, Mice and cockroaches were living in the rooms. Water was dripping from the ceiling in all the rooms. Dirty curtains and extermmly dirty bathrooms with broken handles, broken taps and laking of hot water. all bathrooms are full of terrible smell. One night we were sitting on chairs near pool area, when a guy came from the reception and told us that you don't sit here go to your room, then we said that you should arrange a chair for us in the lounge. When he refused, we asked for a refund, then he call someone and an arrogant fat lady come and shouting loudly threatening us in the language of miscreants, she think that we all are illiterate and stay here without paying anything. It is a different matter that after hearing our complaint, she slipped away from there. We will file complaints against them in consumer court. Super excellent rooms with good food and high facilities.food is very delicious.pool is also clean and much big.staff is also good and supportive location is also good and hotel is also very big.👍👍👍

1. When i have visited the hotel ,the hotel seems to be under maintenance and the hotel is totally crap.Water is dropping from the teraace,room were smelling like anything.corridor was totally slippery and the environment is too hygeinic.When i have complaint about this thing the manager told me to contact cleartrip for entire refund.Please find attached pictures for the same and request to process the refund on immediate basis.Our trip totally gone to crap due to this and we have lost a lot of money since booked other hotel on the same day.the hotel was like horror house and i called gave the claim on the customer care on the same day.

The only good thing in hotel is they listen your complaints at least & try to resolve, but what is the point to solve the issues after messing up their customers/visitors holiday ? Firstly there is no maintenance done in the hotel. they do have have big rooms with affordable prices , but those big rooms doesn't have proper WORKING AC in them, No clean blankets, unclean bathrooms , dirty patches on sofa cover & worse is dirty water supply. I would really want to question the manager /owner , why do you even keep the hotel active & open? We paid around 11 k for two nights , which was actually not a small amount & was a complete waste. After our day at imagica , we reached the hotel & sadly we had to waste & argue for two hours to get a good room. though the staff was ready to take to all rooms and let us decide which room we can stay in, but indeed all rooms were pathetic. Next morning , we woke we started our tour at 1 PM, reason the we couldn't take bath & freshen up due to dirty water supply ( the water was yellow in color from shower as well from tap that could cause you skin infection , thr was no springier in toilets & so on........) finally we requested to provide bisleri 20 L bottles for bathing purpose. and finally the breakfast, the breakfast area was stinking , food was smelling ...i couldn't stand this for a sec. I would suggest all my readers , please do not opt a hotel as such, there are good budget Sanatoriums in lonavala thats fits in budget & cleanliness too. And request to the hotel owner , Kindly set your hotel at least in a condition that it doesn't ruin your visitors holiday.
